He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Lagos.

He is an experienced Civil Engineer with over 37 years of industry expertise.

Until his current appointment as a Commissioner in ISERC, he was the Managing Director/CEO of Celet Engineering & Technical Services where he successfully oversaw complex engineering projects whilst exhibiting his high technical prowess.
